Hello everyone! Hope you are having a fabulous weekend so far! Today I have a mixed media layout to share.
It was a fun and simple layout to do. I took out my Ranger Pool Paint Dabber. I used an old technique, “The Patti Splat” I learned from youtube long ago. It is a super fun and messy technique to play. Make sure you are not wearing your favourite shirt and cover your work space. Take a paint dabber, make sure it is flowing and then spritz water on the dabber top. Splat the dabber on the layout. How much water you add and the height as you splat on the layout determines how big the splatters are. I enjoyed it a lot! I was inspired over at Counterfeit Kit Challenge Challenge #2: Old Tools and use a technique in my layout.
My layout was inspired by a sketch on ScrapMuch? designed by Laura Whitaker.
