Today I have a scrapbook layout to share. I tried something new in the layout which is creating my title with twine. This roll of twine is a little bit thicker; the kind you would find in the hardware store.
This is a picture taken at the park at the Civic Centre. My husband and I had a civil marriage ceremony before we had the wedding reception. It was a casual and small ceremony. We took lots of fun pictures with close friends, and this was one of those crazy shots. This layout was embellished with bright colors of flowers and butterflies following the theme of fun! I cut out the rings with the Martha Stewart’s large circle cutter and adhered it with foam tape alternately for different dimension. I added hand-stitching around the circle by hand. I added some silver thread behind the photo just for a different texture.
I made this layout based on a sketch from Stuck?! Sketches. Check out their blog for more wonderful inspiration.
and also posting this layout on Frosted Designs-String art challenge. Check out their blog; lots of inspiration and pretty cool ways to make string art.
